  • If we cancel an order after payment confirmation, a full refund will be processed to the original payment source.

4. Payments

  • Payments can be completed using available checkout options, including Net Banking, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.

  • TDA Dental Depot does not store or process sensitive banking details, card numbers, or UPI PINs directly. All payment transactions are handled securely by third-party payment gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on delivery location, carrier availability, and product type.

  • Upon dispatch, logistics and delivery obligations pass to our courier partners. If a package is delayed or lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.

  • Final shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy:

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you must notify customer support with supporting evidence (such as a parcel opening video and photos) within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Returned items undergo physical inspection before replacements or refunds are issued.

  • Non-returnable items (including equipment, clinical consumables, and patient-use products) cannot be returned due to medical safety and hygiene standards.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch.

  • Once an order is confirmed, cancellation requests must be made within 3 days. After 3 days, orders move to processing/packaging stages and cannot be cancelled.

  • Approved order cancellations will be refunded within 3–5 working days.

8. Warranty & After-Sales Service

  • Product warranties are provided directly by manufacturers and governed by their terms, not by website discretion.

  • Where technical troubleshooting or servicing is required, inspection fees or repair charges may apply in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
